Every Great Company Has a Great Story Behind

UniqueIHPC (Unique In-Home Personal Care) was founded in 2019 with a deep commitment to serving people. Our founder's personal experiences caring for an ill husband with cancer and an ill mother during adolescence, combined with an 18-year professional background in the medical field, instilled in us a deep sense of compassion and a strong desire to make a difference on a larger scale.

Recognizing a need for better and more compassionate care for individuals, we established this family-oriented non-medical home care agency.

Over 18 Years of Serving Experience

We provide non-medical Personal Home Care services in Dane County and the surrounding areas. Our team includes certified professional caregivers and registered nurses who provide support for various needs, such as supportive and palliative care, respite care, post-surgical and treatment care, as well as personal care. Our mission is to reduce the risk of outpatient readmissions, prioritize patient preferences, and embrace value-based care principles. We also address clinicians' concerns by utilizing cloud-based post-acute and long-term EHR software solutions with EDI capabilities and EVV integration.
